My name is Rogelio Salinas and on this website you will find some information about me.
A little about me: Graduated from McGill University in Operations Management (M). BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey. I have six years of international work experience as an Industrial Engineer in the automotive and electronic sector as well as in the Building Materials Industry. I have worked for different companies mainly in challenging projects that involve management, manufacturing and quality engineering. On my latest work experience, the most challenged project for me was to manage all together managers and engineers to setup production lines in a single flow. And my greatest teamwork project was to transfer a business unit from Canada to Mexico.
My main interests are challenging tasks in new changing environments and to strive for a balance between different fields in which I can give all my knowledge and experience to succeed.

My latest projects and achievements:
May, 10, 2010 .- My Plant Layout was executed successfully with the help of managers and engineers in a company located in Edmonton, Alberta
November 16, 2009 .- Got a project in the Change Management department in a company located in Edmonton, Alberta.
May, 5, 2009 .- Have dual citizenship. (Canadian & Mexican)
April 24, 2009.- After finalizing the transfer of a business unit from Canada to Mexico my project ended.
April 24, 2008.- Got a project as an Industrial Engineer in a great big company located in Peterborough, Canada.
December 12, 2007 .- Finalized my master diploma in Operations Management at McGill University.
April 2, 2007.- Certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt from McGill University.
